Pick the action. We pick the projects.
Avoidance and removal credits across Verra, Gold Standard, ACR, Climate Action Reserve and Puro.earth. Every credit is registry-traceable, independently rated, dated within the last 36 months, and screened against the ICVCM Core Carbon Principles before we list it.
You buy one tonne retired under this methodology, not a specific pre-selected project. We purchase the matching verified credit on the open market (Carbonmark and partner registries) at the time of retirement, so the exact project, country, registry and vintage are confirmed on your certificate — not promised in advance. The region, standard and ratings shown here are indicative of what we source for this methodology.
Renewable energy
Wind and solar in emerging markets. Gold Standard.
Your purchase supports wind and solar plants in places that still run mostly on coal and diesel, so cleaner electricity replaces fossil power on the grid.

Waste & methane
Landfill gas & biogas capture that destroys methane.
You pay to capture methane leaking from landfills and farms and safely burn it off before it escapes — stopping a gas that traps about 80× more heat than CO₂ in the short term.
Full details →
Clean cooking
Efficient cookstoves replacing biomass burning.
You fund efficient cookstoves for families who cook over open fires. They burn far less wood — cutting emissions, clearing smoke out of the home, and saving hours of fuel-gathering every week.

Forest protection
REDD+ and improved forest management — paying communities to keep standing forest standing.
Your money funds rangers, land rights and local jobs so a patch of tropical forest that was about to be cleared stays standing — keeping its carbon locked in the trees instead of released into the air.
Full details →
Soil & agriculture
Regenerative agriculture & soil organic carbon. Climate Action Reserve.
You pay farmers to switch to gentler methods — cover crops and less ploughing — that draw carbon down into their soil and leave their land healthier and more productive.
Full details →
Mixed portfolio
Blended across avoidance & removal. Lowest risk per tonne.
We spread your tonnes across several project types — some that avoid emissions, some that remove carbon — so you are not relying on any single project and get a balanced, lower-risk offset.

Reforestation & restoration
Afforestation/reforestation (ARR) — removes CO₂ as new forest grows.
You pay for native trees to be planted and looked after on degraded land. As they grow they physically pull CO₂ back out of the air — roughly a tonne removed for every tonne you offset.
Full details →
Blue carbon
Mangrove & coastal wetland restoration. Verra VCS (VM0033).
You help replant mangroves and coastal wetlands, which soak up carbon far faster than ordinary forest — while also shielding nearby villages from storms and giving fish a place to breed.

Engineered removal
Biochar, DAC, BECCS. Centuries of permanence.
Your money pays to physically pull CO₂ out of the air and lock it away — as charcoal-like biochar or in deep storage — for hundreds to thousands of years.

Before you buy.
Choose a methodology, enter how many tonnes, and pay. We buy the verified credits at wholesale, retire them on the public registry on your behalf, and email you a certificate — usually within hours.
Avoidance credits (forest protection, clean cooking, renewable energy, waste/methane) prevent emissions and are the most cost-effective. Removal credits (reforestation, blue carbon, soil, and engineered removal) physically take CO₂ out of the air — these are what credible corporate net-zero / SBTi claims require for residual emissions, with engineered removal offering the longest permanence.
For individuals, forest protection ($20/tonne) or a mixed portfolio ($25/tonne) balance price and impact; renewable energy at $12/tonne is the cheapest. For business net-zero pledges, choose durable removals — soil & agriculture ($22), reforestation & restoration ($32), blue carbon ($45), engineered removal ($350).
Every credit is registry-traceable (Verra VCS, Gold Standard, American Carbon Registry, Climate Action Reserve, Puro.earth), dated within the last 36 months, and screened against the ICVCM Core Carbon Principles plus independent ratings such as BeZero and Sylvera before we list it. CCP-approved credits are badged as such.
